that, even now when she’s away, talking to her on the phone feels like i’ve spent all day underwater.. and didn’t even know it.
that, to sit in her car when she picks me up.. i suddenly know what it is to taste fresh air.
that i actually enjoy blinking my way thru kitchen to make her fresh coffee in the ungodly hour on weekdays.
that i really have spent few moments on trying to find reason in spending quantity of water showering that could help an african country, yet not throwing away a rock-hard apple.
that, that spot on her neck should come with a diabetic warning label.
